HOW TO USE: Apply directly to cheekbones, and areas desired, then blend in with fingertips using a circular or upward movement. Smooth toward the temples to lift cheekbones or toward lips to make cheekbones look longer. Apply to eyelids for some shadow. For best results, apply before loose or pressed powders.
