A smooth-gliding, water-proof, sweat-resistant, smudge-resistant and sebum-resistant eyebrow pencil that can create natural, defined brows. This Ultra slim pencil is created for assimilating natural brow hair. It is best for creating hair strokes and filling in colors in gaps.

DIRECTIONS: Draw eyebrow hairs one by one. Use to draw a frame,  or polish a look by filling in hair gaps.
